Trackstack is the sister company of PPi Limited. Having been dealers in quarry related industries for the past 10 years, PPi Limited began manufacturing their very own high quality Track conveyer a number of years ago.
By thoroughly researching and understanding the current market Trackstack has been able to quickly understand the working needs and demands of our customers.
With rising costs in fuel and numerous environmental legislations coming into effect one of the key benefits of Trackstack is the Duel power facility. By providing an option of diesel/Hydraulic or diesel/electric on our machines our customers are able to power the Trackstack from their very own crusher (should this facility exist on their crusher) thus ensuring fuel costs are kept to a bare minimum.
Trackstack’s versatility is also a major asset to any crushing process. Equally at home being fed by the primary crusher or secondary crusher the Trackstack conveyor range helps reduce machine downtime in relation to plant re-location etc.
Since we launched our latest 6542 Trackstack the market has shown a tremendous demand for this style of machine. Combined with its fuel saving capabilities and its ability to handle up to 300-600 Ton’s per hour the Trackstack is the most cost effective solution to stockpiling and transferring large volumes of a wide range of differing materials.
Trackstack has a policy of only using the highest quality materials in its manufacture. For example a Deutz engine is fitted as standard on all machines. By following this method from the beginning to the end we ensure that all parts are pre tested and build in accordance with E.C standards.
